All sales are final. NO refunds nor can returns be made once your orders have been confirmed with the exception of a number of cases;
- Defective item received
- Duplicate transactions, transaction errors, etc.
- Wrong item received
If a return is applicable, your item must be new and in the same condition as when you received it. Item must remain in its original packaging with the official jewelry tag still intact. Kindly retain the receipt as proof of purchase to complete your return
Refunds (If Applicable)
An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund post-inspection of your returned item by our team. Refunds will be processed and the amount will be credited to your Sarabella account within 3-5 business days. The credited amount can be used on your next purchase. Kindly contact us at email@example.com if you have yet to receive the credited funds after 7 business days.
Sarabella has the rights to provide partial refunds (if applicable under specific conditions).
Sarabella will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and should remain in its original packaging with the official jewelry tag still intact. Replacements do not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Kindly retain the receipt as proof of purchase.
Kindly send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order and the team will assist you with the exchange process. All exchanges have to be done by email and we will not be responsible for any lost mails.
