Sarabella jewelry is primarily created with sterling silver 925, featuring moissanite and/or cubic zirconia stones. Some other materials may include brass metal that is plated with gold, rhodium, platinum, or rose gold. To check the materials of a particular piece, kindly refer to the product’s description. Our jewelry is also hypoallergenic; nickel-free and lead-free.
Protect your jewelry by removing it before doing any activity that risks physical damage (swimming showering, exercising, washing your hands, etc.). Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions, hair products or other chemicals. We guarantee the use of high-quality materials and pride ourselves on the quality of our products. However, tarnishing may occur should your jewelry be exposed to chemicals or scratches may occur as a result of performing any physical activity and general wear and tear. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.
To keep your piece looking new and shiny, gently wipe the surface with the provided polishing cloth. Do not use a jewelry cleaner or any other cleaning agent. Never wash the silver polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness.
When not being worn, store each piece of jewelry in its respective Sarabella pouch and velvet jewelry box which is lined with an anti-tarnish microsuede fabric that prevents tarnishing and protects the jewelry against the elements of daily exposure. Alternatively, the jewelry may also be hung on a jewelry stand or carefully stored within a jewelry organiser for your convenience. Always ensure pieces are completely dry before storing and remember to keep away from direct sunlight.
