Shipping

Yes! We ship to the following countries! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days from the date ordered. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays

Malaysia orders
Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there would be no additional charges upon delivery.

International orders
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Sarabella does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Self-pick-up is not available at the moment until further notice.

My Order

Sarabella orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. There are unique times such as promotional periods, holiday sales, and different circumstances that would adjust this standard. Please reach out to Customer Experience for assistance.

Already have an account
Log into your Sarabella account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Do not have an account
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under “My Orders”.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple of hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated only on the next available business day!

If you have a Sarabella account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven’t created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as they can make their way to the junk/spam folder!

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out to Customer Experience at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Please contact Customer Experience immediately at [email protected] for assistance so that we can best assist you. We cannot guarantee the desired change once your order is placed. However, the team promises that we will make every attempt to amend the address. Once the order is shipped, Sarabella cannot change the address on our end

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please contact Customer Experience with your order number, name the order was placed under, and a photo of the item for our team to review.

We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact us at [email protected] about this issue and we will respond to you within 24 hours. 

  • All parcels must be sent to Sarabella within 5 working days of receipt (Malaysia).
  • For international returns, it must be sent back within 2 working days. (proof of tracking number must be emailed to [email protected]). It should reach the Sarabella warehouse in not longer than 20 days.
  • Please take picture of the defective area and attach it to the email to request for exchange/return 
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective/ faulty* after verification from the team. 
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
  • Please take note that we do not provide a cash refund and we will provide you with a credit note in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items. 

 

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

All sales are final. NO refunds nor can returns be made once your orders have been confirmed with the exception of a number of cases. Kindly refer to the RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY for more information or contact our customer experience team at [email protected] for further queries.

Ready Stock
The majority of our products are in stock. They’re readily available in our facilities and are ready to be dispatched.

Backorders
Backorders are available only on exclusive Sarabella designs which have been sold out. Only a limited quantity is available once they are back in stock. Hence, place your orders early to confirm your slot. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as stock is available. The estimated delivery date will be stated on the product page but it may vary depending on the production and logistic. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Use a tape measure, or if you do not have one, use a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you are using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Mark the end of the strip and then measure the length against a ruler.

When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour for vermeil and silver pieces. To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.

All our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver, Nickel & Lead free and Hypoallergenic. All materials used for each piece is listed under each product’s description.

Please note everyone’s skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products. 

We have undergone rigorous testing processes to ensure that our jewellery is tarnish-resistant and can withstand water. However, we recommend removing our sterling silver pieces before swimming and also to avoid them coming into contact with sweat, perfume or other harsh chemicals. You may always send your Sarabella Jewelry for a spa session to prolong the life and shine of your jewellery.

Payments

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

  • Local & Foreign bank Credit/ Debit Visa Master Card: If you have a Sarabella account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
  • E-wallet: Touch n Go, Grab Pay, Boost 
  • Grab PayLater (postpaid): Buy now, pay next month, earn grab rewards, 0% interest, no hidden fees
  • Grab PayLater (instalments): For customers who want to split large online purchases into smaller monthly payments. Buy it now and pay it back over 3 months. Spread your payment into 4x instalments, 0% interest, and no hidden fees.
  • Store credits: To use store credit, simply sign in using your Sarabella profile before placing the order and the amount will automatically deduct from the total. Sarabella store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

Gifting

Please be rest assured that each jewelry piece is beautifully placed in our gift box. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we’ll make sure to include a gift receipt. Our gift notes are printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors and no emojis are used! We’re not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.
